In the course of a project, I may have access to limited personal information, such as the names of people involved in the work.
I handle this information with care. I only keep the information for purposes of communicating about and completing the project. It isn’t shared with anyone else unless the client were to request it or unless it were required by law.
I keep this information as long as reasonably needed for the project and in accordance with common email retention practices. Clients can request their personal information be updated or deleted, and I will respond promptly.
